What training materials and training aids will I use?

When you enrol in your open-learning certificate IV in investigative services course we will send you all the training materials you need to complete the course. These include ...

How long will it take me to complete the certificate IV in investigative services course?

If you select all the electives you should be able to complete the certificate IV in investigative services course in 500 study hours . This includes 288 hours practical assignments . You can complete the practical components in your own workplace under the supervision of a qualified person appointed by your employer. In such cases, Safecity will liaise with the supervisor to make sure you receive all the support you need, and to ensure your practical work is on track.

Remember that as an open-learning distance education student your are in charge on how long the course will last . When you have lodged and successfully completed the assignment activities (achieved competency) you will receive your nationally recognised certificate IV in investigative services certificate.
