Safecity Services Pty Ltd is a fully Australian owned company specialising in the provision of security services in Australia and overseas. The company was established on the 12th of March 1992.
Safecity's Directors began an aggressive drive to obtain the necessary accreditations and permits which the company needed in order to trade.
Despite fierce resistance from hostile competitors, Safecity was able to assert its place in the Australian security industry and earn a reputation as a professional, ethical and trustworthy organization dedicated to the provision of quality service to its customers.
At the first meeting, Safecity's Directors agreed to adopted the motto "Profit Without Honour is Loss". This motto has become a living statement which guides us in all business dealings.
In 1998 Safecity received the Finalist Registered Training Organization of the Year Award. This award has greatly encouraged us to continue producing and delivering quality competency based training for the security industry.
In November 1999 the Department of Education and Training commissioned Safecity to conduct a Government funded security training course under the DET Olympic 2000 Training Priorities Project.
Safecity has also been awarded Finalist ACT Training Award for the year 2000 as a result of our Open Learning initiatives.

Companies and Businesses we own
- To build and maintain a highly regarded, high quality ethical service to all customers and participants.
- To establish a training schedule which incorporates on-the-job training for security officers.
- To establish a security canine service along with kennelling facilities in the ACT, Victoria and Queensland.
- To establish an employment agency and employment management service for security officers.
- Safecity's future goals include two projects:
Open learning distance education study at home network
This project will involve the establishment of an open-learning training network. Safecity will help training organisations to set up open-learning training programs and achieving nationally recognised status. The project will include national advertising campaigns using the media and the Internet.
Project Safecity
The project involves the building of a secure residential village. The village will initially house 300 guests and will include the choice of hotel type accommodation with room services, or fully serviced town houses.
Safecity is not a retirement home. The project is suited for persons of all ages who demand a secure environment for their families and their possessions.
The emphasis of the project is on the enjoyment of quality of life in a safe environment. Security services will be provided with the minimum of fuss.
Safecity will offer recreational areas, a small farm, entertainment centre, fully equipped gymnasium, olympic pool, saunas, spas, two restaurants, coffee shops, retail shops, a medical centre, bank, post office and child care centre. The complex will include a large Internet facility with advanced connection to the Internet, and where residents can work from home. The concept of gated communities and safe homes to protect those who are most vulnerable to violent criminals and gangs can no longer be dismissed as an alarmist over reaction.
All over the world overworked, under trained and under resourced law enforcement agencies are engaged in an heroic losing battle against rising violent crime.
Safecity takes a realistic approach to the future. Until governments find a solution to the growing crisis that surrounds us, we intend to provide tasteful and enjoyable secure accommodation alternatives.
We are currently planning a strategy to attract suitable investors for this project.
